FIBC Form Fit Liner
The fitted lining precisely matches the shape of FIBC's main body until the filling and discharge nozzles are formed. The fitted inner lining enhances the functionality of the bag and protects the packaged goods from contamination during handling, storage, and transportation. The inner filling and discharge nozzles can be specially manufactured according to customer size requirements. Adhering to the inner lining can reduce tearing and twisting, improve the stability and stackability of the bag, and enhance compatibility with filling equipment.
Bulk bag Baffled Liner
The fitted baffle design can provide excellent packaging performance and sometimes reduce storage and transportation costs. The lining with a baffle allows standard bulk bags to maintain a square shape. The inner lining fits the shape of the bag and uses an internal baffle to prevent expansion, resulting in circular footprints. The square shape improves the stability and stacking ability of the bag.
Container Bag Suspension Liner
These linings are mainly used for single loop bags, which are fixed on the external PP big bag, and the fabric is connected to the external PP bulk bag to form a lifting ring for the bag. They can also have perforations to expel some air during filling.
