The main cargo carried is granular cargo: such as grain, coffee, cocoa, waste materials, PVC granules, PE granules, fertilizers, etc.; powdery cargo such as: cement, powdered chemicals, flour, animal and plant powder, etc. Generally, bag packaging materials have weak resistance to moisture and water, so after packing is completed, it is best to lay a waterproof covering such as plastic on the top of the goods. Or moisture-proof and waterproof the bottom of the container before packing. Issues that should be paid attention to when loading and securing bagged goods are:
(1) Bagged goods are generally easy to collapse and slide. They can be fixed with adhesive, or insert lining boards and non-slip rough paper in the middle of the bagged goods.
(2) Container bag generally have a convex shape in the middle. Commonly used stacking methods include wall building method and cross method.
(3) In order to prevent the bagged goods from being stacked too high and causing the risk of collapse, they need to be fixed with tie-down tools.
